Hello all

During WKT parsing and formatting of CRS objects, there is some
arbitrary choices relative to axis names and abbreviations. While ISO
19162 gives some guidances, there is still choices to do in SIS. For
example ISO 19162 recommends to replace Greek letters (φ, λ) (for
latitude and longitude) by (P, L) or (B, L) at WKT formatting time [1].
The spherical coordinates (r, φ, θ) may also be replaced by (r, U, V)
but their meaning is complicated by the fact that at least two
conventions are in wide use regarding spherical coordinates [2,3]. I
tried to isolate some of the choices in a single class that users can
override, with a javadoc explaining in more details:

https://builds.apache.org/job/sis-dev/javadoc/org/apache/sis/io/wkt/Transliterator.html

Is there any comment, for example about the proposed SIS default
behaviour (documented in Javadoc)?

    Martin
