I prepared a first release candidate ([1], [2], [3], [4]). But before to
submit the release candidate to a vote, I would like a separated
discussion on the deployment of EPSG geodetic dataset to Maven Central:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachesis-1017/org/apache/sis/non-free/sis-epsg/0.7/
The license information in that artifact are EPSG terms of use instead
than Apache license. That artifact would not be provided (at least for
now) on Apache download servers.
Do we make a vote for this artifact?
