Thanks a lot for this document, this is helpful.
In this document, the GetCapabilities answer contains hard-coded values
like "999-999-9999" as the phone number of the contact person. Do you
have a proposal for allowing the users to configure those information? I
also think that in the <ows:ExtendedCapabilities>, we should remove the
operations that we do not support yet.
