Hello all Apache SIS currently requires Java 7. I propose to upgrade the requirement to Java 8, as proposed in the plan to SIS 1.0 [1]. The main reason is to expose 'java.util.stream' (available only since Java 8) in public API for returning stream of features (from e.g. a netCDF file or CSV file). It will also make easier for me to merge the ongoing "Upgrade to ISO 19115-3" work [2]. Is there any objection? If not, I will processed maybe around Friday this week.
