Hello Stéphane Indeed, the https://nexus.geomatys.com/ server is down. We are aware of this situation; our sysadmin started a full scan of all hard drives since Sunday morning and the scan is still in progress. I will post on this mailing list as soon as the server is back.
For an alternative, do you need the SIS JAR files only or the Geotk files in addition on SIS ones? If you need only the SIS JAR files, then alternative would be the Apache nexus repository at https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/. I see that this repository is missing SIS snapshots at this time, but I will look at the Jenkins server to bring them back.
