Request for creating a new GIT repository

Hello all

As a first step for migrating the Content Management System (CMS), we 
need to create a new GIT repository. All existing repositories of the 
Apache SIS project are listed at the link below.

   https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf#sis

There is currently only one repository, named "sis". I propose to create 
a second repository, to be named "sis-site". Is there any comment or 
objection? If none by the end of the week, I will assume that we have 
lazy consensus.
