{{CoverageAggregator}} was initially designed for creating a _n_-dimensional
data cube from a stack of two-dimensional slices. But despite its focus on
datacube, it was intended to be opportunistically usable for creating image
mosaic as well. However, test has shown that {{CoverageAggregator}} didn't
worked in the mosaic case. A {{SubspaceNotSpecifiedException}} exception is
thrown. Furthermore, when a sub-sampling is specified, {{CoverageAggregator}},
the aggregated image size is not divided by the sub-sampling factors.
