About this error, it seems you don't have an OAP server running at
127.0.0.1:11800.
For the new users, I encourage you to use the quick start showcase,
https://skywalking.apache.org/docs/skywalking-showcase/latest/readme/
Once you have a KinD/Minikube/k8s you could use one command to deploy all
things out of box, and this demo app includes Spring-based Java service.
