Thanks for your tip. I have added the cluster name for rover agents using 
variable ' ROVER_CORE_CLUSTER_NAME ' to fix it.

Because they have different service groups, prefix of your service name.

Traffic(1st) is from rover agent, the the 2nd is from k8s monitoring. Please 
make the name consistent, and the lines will be merged, metrics are going to be 
shown in the same line.
