Hello all,

Except for slf4j-site and slf4j-log4j13 binding, the SFL4J project has been
mavenized. I think the result is a little simpler and clearer. I am not
totally happy with the results as there is still some duplication that
could be probably avoided.

A large part of SLF4J code is now placed in slf4j-api module which became a
dependency for all bindings. None of the code in slf4j-api.jar is repeated
in any of the other bindings.

Anyway, its getting late...
