Ted and Josh, you should be able to commit now; I've added you to the incubator ldap group. The problem was that git uses ldap groups while svn uses the asf-authorization-template file. The step we missed in setting up the project is documented here (which is a completely different page than the other setup guides we were referencing): http://incubator.apache.org/guides/pmc.html
