Uploading SLIDER-285-v1.patch to be reviewed and merged into the branch
feature/SLIDER-285_Restart_AM. In addition to the patch there is 1 new file
slider-agent/src/main/python/agent/Registry.py and 1 new directory
slider-agent/src/main/python/kazoo which are uploaded as well.
