Now that SLIDER-438 is implemented we have the capability of Slider AM to ask
an agent to terminate itself (because NM went down or other good reasons). This
implementation actually depends on the application to support (and provide) a
graceful stop command.
In cases when an application doesn't support graceful stop or if graceful stop
attempt fails to stop the application, Slider agent should take alternate steps
to cleanup the application processes - like find all processes in the process
group and kill them, or other better ways.
