shortcircuit)
Initially, I ran `mvn apache-rat:check -Prat`, but that didn't work out
so well (~40 failures). Most of these were Eclipse projects files, some
where files inside of target/ which should be ignored.
I gave the exclusions a once-over and found that we're blindly ignoring
all of app-packages/command-logger. I'll file an issue to fix both of
these for the next release.
Let's not forget the ASF incubating disclaimer for the announcement when
we get there :)
