To get SLIDER-82 in, we need to move up to Hadoop 2.7.1 as the minimum
supported Hadoop version.
Slider's already tested against it —I'm confident it works, so this is really
just setting the minimum Hadoop version future slider versions will run
against. (It will force me to update some test VMs though)
