Currently the stdout and stderr spit out by application processes is lost.
Slider agent should capture them and dump them into a log. This is very helpful
in debugging application start issues. There are a good bunch of applications
which dump logs to stdout and stderr. The tarball packages might be easier to
change. Those in docker image form would be difficult to change.
