Thanks for the offer, [~thw], but I will probably do this myself. If there were
license headers on these files (I know there was at least one), we (PPMC) need
to make sure that preserve the originals (especially with the ICLA/CCLA
shenanigans that played out). As such, I'll be looking at 'em anyways (and
likely making sure we don't have any RAT issues before I commit).
