Deleting 0.30-incubating
Deleting 0.40.0-incubating
Deleting 0.60.0-incubating
Deleting 0.61.0-incubating
Deleting 0.70.1-incubating
Deleting 0.80.0-incubating
I don't think it's very likely that we'll ever make more releases against these
older lines. They'll still be available at archive.a.o too.
