This probably needs a new protocol set between the Slider agent and the
application process. The application process can return a Slider defined exit
code and a brief exit message which Slider agent can capture and propagate it
back to Slider AM. This can be added to the diagnostics resource which can be
viewed via the Slider client, Slider REST API, RM UI and Yarn status channels.
