hbase thrift server uses "hbase.thrift.info.port" in hbase-site.xml to specify
thrift web info port. slider-hbase has not added this port to
app-config.json,thus slider-agent cannot allocate this port dynamically,just
use default port 9095.sometimes causes "port in use Exception".
