Here's my latest revision of this change. As I mentioned above, in addition to
the prepare-package goal, there's a create-bundle-jar, attach-bundle-list, and
create-karaf-feature-descriptor goals.
Not in this patch is removing launchpad/app, launchpad/webapp,
launchpad/bundles, or contrib/launchpad/karaf, all of which can potentially be
removed once this patch is in place.
Felix - the one thing I didn't do that you asked for is replace the default
HttpService impl in the standalone version with Felix HttpService.
It may be simpler to browse the branch which has these changes in it. That's at
