Are you actually using jcrinstall? If no you might want to remove the jcrinstall and osgi.installer bundles and see if that makes a difference. Also, you might want to delete or rename your sling work dir (where OSGi data + content) when switching to a different JVM, to check if there's a problem with state that's stored there. -Bertrand
