With this change you will no longer be able to install the sling 'feature' in
servicemix 4.2 or fuse 4.2 as PAX is the default HTTPService whiteboard
provider.
What are the possibilities of having a servicemix compatible feature generated
by the launchpad plugin that uses PAX?
