Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-1824.

Resolution: Fixed
With this version I did a major refactoring and rewrite of most of the code.
The various parts are now in different packages and the
persistence (jcr) is separated from the main job handling. Queue implementation
and configuration handling is separated as well
