[~bdelacretaz], In general I prefer a more specific summary but _Add missing
OSGi capabilities_ is a "standard" summary which helps finding similar issues.
And sometimes there are a handful of services which would blow up the summary.
btw, [~rombert], Do we get SCM integration back so commits show up
automatically here in Jira?
