Fix For: XSS Protection API 2.2.10
SLING-9874 reintroduced an adapter factory for the XSS API which was removed in
SLING-6793. Since the XSS API is available as an OSGi service, the adapter
factory doesn't make sense, since a request or a resource resolver have nothing
to do with the XSS API in terms of instantiation.
