Upgraded to Apache Felix Http Service 2.2.0 in
Launchpad Base: Bridge and Proxy for the web app
Launchpad Builder: Jetty bundle for the Launchpad Plugin overwrite and
Whiteboard in the bundles list

Actually the launchpad plugin overwrite is not required any more since the
plugin should select the latest version automatically. Thus removed the
overwrite in Rev. 1067128
