Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-10412.

Resolution: Fixed
Deprecated the internal* string arrays of names in the JSON - if a
configuration description has no properties, it is assumed to be an internal
configuration. This way we reduce the different variants to declare
configurations and allow to use all the features like the mode with internal
configurations as well
