Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-10676.

Resolution: Fixed
I have now added SECURITY.md to all Sling repositories using the script at
https://github.com/apache/sling-aggregator/blob/master/add-security-md.sh
There were a few stray commits with a zero bytes SECURITY.md due to a bug in my
script, which should all be fixed now.
