Description:
the repoinit grammer has been extended by methods to remove entire policies or
individual access control entries.
while the converter has been updated to use the latest sling.repoinit.parser
dependency (SLING-11191) we forgot to override the new methods in the visitor
implementations in the converter (and update the repoinit test cases).
