Fix For: Sling Maven Plugin 2.4.4
The parent should be updated to latest version (49), the dependencies and
plugins as well.
In addition the minimum Maven version should be lifted to 3.3.1 (was 3.0.4) in
order to leverage the new Maven Resolver API.
