With https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-11864 we moved one Web Console plugin to the Installer Factory Configuration Bundle. That now has a dependency on javax.servlet. In Sling Starter we load that bundle with start order 1, but servlet is only exposed in start order 5. That leads to validation violations. Can we move Servlet API to start order 1 (just the API) or do you see any problem with it?
