Hi, I intend to release Starter 13 in the following weeks. I have been the release manager for this module for some time and I think it would be great to have others do this as well, to make sure that processes are repeatable and that it gets done more often.
My medium-term idea is to have more frequent releases (every 3 months?) and to kick that off I'd like to do the next release together with 1-2 other developers in order to spread the knowledge. We would ideally create a rotation so we can keep the cadence. If anyone is interested please let me know.
