Fix Version/s: Starter 14

currently (as planned as starter 13 release), we have left the following
bundles still relying on Johnzon 1.x/org.json:
* org.apache.sling.adapter
* org.apache.sling.bundleresource.impl
* org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl
* org.apache.sling.discovery.base
* org.apache.sling.discovery.commons
* org.apache.sling.fsresource
i've not yet checked if those bundles are already migrated to Jakarta JSON but
not yet released.
