bump bundle major version to 2.0.0-1.4.0
bump minimum java version to 17
bump slf4j-api to the 2.x version
bump sling api to 3.x
bump models.api to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT (see SLING-12874)
bump org.apache.sling.i18n to 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT (see SLING-12312)
bump org.apache.sling.testing.sling-mock.junit4 to 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT (see
SLING-12880)
migrate the javax.servlet references in non-pubic classes to jakarta.servlet
deprecate all the remaining classes that touch javax.*
add additional tests to improve code coverage
resolve various sonar warnings
