In order to ease running ITs with Oak it is essential that some dependencies
are in sync. Those are
* jackrabbit-oak-api (instead of the old jackrabbit-api), see OAK-8339
* jackrabbit-jcr-commons
As this is not that obvious it would be good to manage a working combination of
oak/JR2 dependencies in parent and prevent usage of the deprecated
jackrabbit-api dependency.

The versions should be overwriteable through Maven properties.
