Fix For: OAuth Client 0.1.8
The ASF Jenkins instance (presumably) updated to Docker 29 and this is not
supported in testcontainers-java 1.x . - see
https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/issues/11212 .
We should therefore update to the latest 2.x version.
