Due to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MPOM-451, since ASF Parent 34 the
ASF Snapshot Maven repositories is no longer declared by default. Since quite
some Sling modules rely (temporarily) on SNAPSHOT dependencies we should opt-in
to the feature as outlined in https://maven.apache.org/pom/asf/.
