following the discussion in
[https://lists.apache.org/thread/g2roqjdqz2r4ch0tpv23k1j1cqhosgrx] we should
add integration test to test that features newly added between Servlet API 6.0
and 6.1 are actually working.
background: sling starter 14 comes with jetty 12.0 and serlvet api 6.1, but
jetty is supposed to officially support 6.1 only with version 12.1. let's
verify our own mix.
