org.apache.sling.feature:2.0.6 (SLING-13197) adds
BuilderContext.setOsgiBsnCollisionDetection(boolean).
Add a boolean flag --osgi-bsn-collision-detection and plumb it into the
BuilderContext used during application assembly.
