While I first thought that this is an interesting feature, I now more agree
with Felix that we should not introduce this feature just because something
else (DavEx in this case) is broken.
We can handle this in SLING-2325 and as a long time solution this will
hopefully be fixed in Jackrabbit and then we can just remove the workround in
our davex extension.
