Description:
As [TagSoup|http://vrici.lojban.org/~cowan/tagsoup/] is no longer maintained
(last version in
[2011|https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.ccil.cowan.tagsoup/tagsoup/versions])
we should switch to [JSoup|https://jsoup.org/]. Tika has done the same in the
past (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-1599).
That should also allow to get rid of most code added with SLING-3270.
