Fix ``PathSet.optimize()`` incorrectly removing entries when a glob and a concrete path overlap. Matching a subtree’s root does not guarantee coverage of its descendants, so this optimization could silently shrink the set’s coverage. Only remove redundant entries when both are concrete paths.
