* Added {{getArtifactFile(...) throws IOException}} default method to
{{ArtifactProvider}} SPI (bumped package to {{{}1.1.0{}}})
* Preserved existing getArtifact(...) method for 100% backward compatibility
* Enhanced {{DefaultArtifactHandler}} and {{ArtifactManager}} to collect and
report per-repository HTTP status codes (e.g. 404, 401) and connection errors
with suppressed exceptions
* Verified locally via unit tests and with {{feature-launcher}}
