The Sling class of the Launchpad Base module currently has the
setExecutionEnvironment method to derive the OSGi Execution Environment
framework property value from the current VM.
Since this property is now set in the VM-dependend properties file as of
SLING-2281 such that this dynamic setting is not required any longer.
