Fix Version/s: Portal Container 1.0.0
Thanks for your patch, Antonio. I've applied it in revision 1376018 with a
minor modification. The reference to the cache is now static which will restart
the container once a cache comes or goes. Otherwise the container would
continue to use the state of first startup of the container
