Right - this is right now mutual exclusive and I'm wondering if this is a real
use case :) In your scenario you could simply set the number of steps to 5 and
increase by two for the second and third part of your three part process. No
need to set the ETA. Once the first step is done, the ETA can be estimated by
the available information: five steps and the duration for step one.
