Sling launchpad comes with a control-port, that allows to start/stop/restart a
server (in a separate vm) - details see SLING-2225 and
http://sling.apache.org/documentation/development/embedding-sling.html
Slingclipse should make use of that when controlling the "external" server - eg
for restarting a server. Other use-cases could also be supported (not sure what
though..)
