[~cziegeler]: Just to confirm, can you please answer followings:
1. Did you try on sling bundled with AEM 6.0 GA?
2. You should not try changing "job consumer manager" configuration to
reproduce this. As saving this service resolves the issue. Just try with any
config change except "job consumer manager" service configuration. As I
mentioned in the description of this JIRA ticket, I reproduced this by changing
setting of some other service.
