The attached patch ([^SLING-4349.patch]) provides the following features:
* added {{RenderContext#getScriptResourceResolver}}
* wrapped the {{ResourceResolver}} in {{RenderContextImpl}} such that calls to
{{ResourceResolver#close}} throw {{UnsupportedOperationException}}
* updated {{UseProvider}}s to use the new API
